01Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Miğfer Consultancy ("Miğfer" or the "Company") as data controller, within the scope described below.

Contact: info@migferakademi.com. The registered trade name, MERSIS number and correspondence address are stated in this notice in line with current records.

02Personal Data We Process

When you reach us through the contact form on our website or by direct email, personal data in the following categories may be processed:

• Identity and contact data: full name, email address.
• Message content: the subject line and the message you choose to send.
• Transaction security data: the IP address and timestamp of the request (to prevent abuse).

03Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Receiving, evaluating and responding to your contact request.
• Carrying out information and proposal processes regarding the services you request.
• Ensuring information security and preventing form abuse and spam.
• Fulfilling our legal obligations and providing evidence in the event of disputes.

04Legal Grounds for Processing

Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: that processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right; that processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller; and compliance with a legal obligation.

If you tick the explicit consent box on the contact form, that processing activity additionally relies on your explicit consent under Article 5/1 of the KVKK. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

05Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred only to the extent necessary to fulfil the purposes above and in accordance with the conditions in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Our communication infrastructure uses service providers for email delivery (for example corporate email and hosting providers). Your data is disclosed to authorized public bodies only where required by law. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

06Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected through the contact form on our website, email and the electronic communication channels established with you, by fully or partially automated means.

07Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing and for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation. Once the purpose no longer applies, or if you withdraw your consent, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized, subject to statutory retention obligations.

08Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it.
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose.
• To know the third parties, at home or abroad, to whom the data is transferred.
• To request correction where data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
• To request deletion or destruction of the data within the conditions set out in the KVKK.
• To request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
• To object to a result arising against you from the analysis of the data solely by automated systems.
• To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of the data.

09Applications

You can submit requests regarding the rights above to info@migferakademi.com. Under Article 13 of the KVKK, your application is concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest; if the process incurs an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

This notice may be revised in line with legislative changes and updates to our processes. The current version is always published on this page.
